Positive dilute transport system: dilute transport: the solid content is lower than 1-10kg/m3, the operating gas speed is higher (about 18 ~ 30m/s), and the transport distance is basically within 300m.Generally, roots fan is used as the power source, and the powder and particle materials are discharged into the pipeline for pressure delivery through rotary valve or screw feeder. The transportation pipeline can be arranged flexibly, and the transportation of one point or more points can be realized, so as to make the equipment configuration in the factory reasonable.The system is closed, the dust flies and escapes little, the environment health condition is good;Less sports parts, convenient maintenance, easy to achieve automation.
