Tonne Package Feeding Station
It consists of a ton bag flexible beating mechanism, a cylinder bag clamping mechanism, a ton bag feeding port, a warehouse body, an electric hoist, a platform hanger and a dust removal system.
Standard Bag Dust-Free Powder Feeding Station
It is composed of the feeding station silo, feeding door and grid, dust removal system and fluidized arch breaking device. The bag opening station has its own dust removal system, which creates a micro-negative pressure environment when feeding to prevent the feeding dust from overflowing. According to the characteristics of the powder, different fluidized arch breaking mechanisms are selected: airflow arch breaking, air hammer vibration arch breaking, mechanical stirring device or inertial vibration bucket.
