The conveying pipeline can be flexibly arranged to realize the conveying from one point to multiple points, so that the factory equipment process configuration is reasonable; the system is closed, the dust is less, and the environmental sanitation conditions are good; there are fewer moving parts, convenient maintenance, and easy to realize automation.

Negative pressure conveying system: The advantage of negative pressure dilute phase pneumatic conveying is that it is easy to take materials and is suitable for occasions where dust-free material taking is required; it is suitable for occasions where materials are fed from low, deep, narrow material taking points and from several places to one place; because the air source is located at the end of the system, lubricating oil or water will not mix into the conveyed materials; because the pressure in the conveying pipe system is lower than the atmospheric pressure, the conveyed materials will not leak even if wear and gaps occur; because the pressure in the conveying system is lower than the atmospheric pressure, water is easy to evaporate, so materials with high water content are easier to convey than pressure conveying.
Features:
1. Suitable for centralized transportation from multiple locations to one location. The feeding point can be one or more, and the material pipe can be equipped with one or more branch pipes. Not only can the materials from multiple feeding points be transported to the unloading point in sequence, but also the materials from multiple feeding points can be transported to the unloading point at the same time.
2. Under the negative pressure, the material is easily sucked in, so the feeding at the throat is simple. The hopper can be opened to continuously feed and transport.
3. When materials are transported under negative pressure, moisture is easy to evaporate. Therefore, it is easier to transport materials with higher moisture content than pressure delivery. For materials supplied in a heated state, transportation can play a cooling role.
4. The components must be kept sealed. The structures of the surface separator, dust collector, air lock and other components are relatively complicated.
5. The fan is installed at the end of the system, requiring a high degree of air purification.
Nitrogen Closed-Loop Conveying System
For some materials that are easy to absorb moisture, oxidize, and have the risk of explosion, a nitrogen closed-loop pneumatic conveying method is adopted. The system is in a nitrogen closed environment. The system automatically adjusts and operates according to PID. The nitrogen is recycled, and the conveying is stable and reliable, which greatly reduces energy consumption and reduces operating costs.
